Oklahoma City law firm says goodbye to a founding partner (July 22, 2008)

(OKLAHOMA CITY) July 22, 2008 — The 60-lawyer firm of Phillips McFall McCaffrey McVay & Murrah, P.C. announced today the departure of director and shareholder D. Keith McFall.

McFall was one of four attorneys who founded the Oklahoma City law firm in 1986 and is the only living founder no longer practicing with the firm.

"It takes a rather bold, fresh approach to transition a 21-year-old law firm beyond the older generation. Our clients experience this as they grow their own companies and know that change is not easy. Not everyone will embrace it." said Tom Wolfe, president and managing partner of Phillips McFall.

"Keith has had a great career, and we wish him all the best," added Wolfe.
